It was ultimately Bush's decision indeed. At least he asked Congress before bombing, something your guy didn't.

But regarding Hillary, she stands by her vote. In light of this thread, you guys going to vote for her?

Pete

Even with the best health care in America, I don't expect to live long enough to get an uncompromised and unsullied candidate to vote for.

The intel was a shining example of reaching a conclusion then looking for 'facts' to back it up. What was done has been done, a lot of innocent people died on both sides and all that was done was exchange one dictator (Sunni) for another (Shia).

If she is the Democratic candidate yes I will vote for her simply because handing the Whitehouse to a Republican would be a disaster.

If the Tea Party gets to choose the candidate and load the campaign Klown Kar with their spawn, the next Chief Executive will no-doubt be a(nother) Dem'.

No doubt in my mind. It would be handing the dems the election. I said the same when McCain chose Palin as his running mate. Pure election suicide.

Mebbe they could hand us Cruz or Ryan and Bachmann as a follow-up, a train wreck even better than the Crush Crash at Waco Tx. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crush,_Texas

Form what I heard McCain was forced into that choice by the hard right.

I heard he wanted Lieberman.
