Also, it was consensual sex. Donny raped more than one woman, and paid to cover up a consensual sex act. Huge difference, which our village idiot ignores.

By which Individual #1 was implicated in the 8 criminal counts for which his lawyer was convicted and served prison time.

I didn't say anything about the Trump Organization and am aware the organization has been convicted and found guilty of crimes. For what crimes has Donald Trump (the man) been charged, tried and convicted? Donald Trump - Trump Organization, see the difference?

While he was charged by the House, for the first impeachment the tried and not convicted by the Senate and as thus remained president. For the secon I don't recall the Senate every getting around to a trial.
