Yes, we all want to overthrow the government.

The Constitution is fundementally a limiting document. The Founders had every reason to worry about an overreaching 'foreign' government.

Not what I said. On the other hand, do you deny that the (as I said) "most vocal" proponents of the 2nd Amendment unashamedly cite having the ability to rise up against and somehow defeat (the assholes) their own government as the purpose of the amendment? If you don't deny that, do you see it as a protection of the country or a threat to it?
