It shouldn't be all that surprising. It's part of the strawman debate tactics that many use in this forum. It's not often that anyone ever asks what I think about something. They simply attribute certain opinions to me - usually based on their own biases - then attack those opinions.

With this country speeding towards Authoritarianism at an ever faster pace. This country appears to be heading down the path other countries are now experiencing. The country of Georgia being the latest in the news with unrest. Hungry, Venezuela India..

The soon to be all to apparent catastrophes just around the corner. Climate changing and it related results, mass migration, extinctions, losses in food production, over population, economic upheavals from the costs of damages from extreme weather events.

Vast armed and trained security will be needed to protect the wealth and wealthy from the crowds.
The armies will be pulling other duties.
