Clearly not his fault because he has "anxiety" disorder. I would think that people working on some of the most advanced technology available would be screened more carefully.

I can understand his frustration, but not his action. Burn the ship down because your homesick? What an asshole. I wonder how long it will take him to overcome his anxiety in jail?

d00d'r, this guy was not even in the service. Just a civilian that wanted to end his shift early.

You don't. You can't. You wouldn't even if he was in the military. You couldn't get the $400 million back unless it was Mitt Romney or Rush Limbaugh that burned the damn thing. And, then the Republican Party would fight your efforts to recoup the money claiming the ship deserved to be burned.

I wonder if he is a sand crab....or a civilian contractor......besides causing damage and putting others in danger he has just thrown his career away....sad what people do. I am sure he must have had a security clearance......

As best I can determine, he's a sand crab and he's thrown away more than his career. He could get life for what he did.
