Typically, who two adults decide they want to fornicate with is none of my concern. Unless they're choosing to pay for it with funds that have been legally allocated for other purposes/services.

Noem obviously has a high opinion of her looks...feh. And throughout my life I have always had the expectation that my intimate partners would be be able to succesfully stick an adjective next to a noun.
