Chris, what are your thoughts on the recent anti-Muslim demonstrations in Dresden, Köln and Berlin?

It is a shame, such a shame, but it is a movement of people who are dissatisfied with so many different things in their life and now the islam is the scapegoat which is certainly complete nonsense. So they are demonstating under an agitatorious leadership against our asyl policy and the leader of this movement stimulate the xenophobian tendencies. I ask myself how many of these demonstrators got higher education...
The biggest demonstrations are in the city of Dresden, which is the capital of the district Thühringen. In this district live less then 4000 Moslems (2%). On the other side, in Köln or Berlin we got a pretty high percentage of Moslems, but the Pegida demostrations are not succesful there.
There is a huge Anti-Pegida movement all over Germany and this is the real face of the tolerant German population. In the Internet 1000000 people signed an Anite-Pegida petition, so you see there is no future for this reactionary movement.
