No, what moral and ethical behavior does is make everyone some richer, by enabling cooperation, instead of making some individual very rich. It's a matter of group-benefit-ethincs vs. individual benefit ethics.* People are programmed for both, which is probably our major source of trouble.

I won't disagree. However what this says is this country is far from moral and ethical. But we knew that.
