When voters in Kansas tossed them the keys to the government in Topeka, the Republican-dominated Kansas legislature and Gov. Sam Brownback went all-in, enacting nearly every policy in the GOP playbook – from sweeping cuts in taxes and spending to aggressive new laws on the party's favorite social issues, like abortion and gun rights.

Four years later, however, the state government is in meltdown, creating a toxic fiscal and political mess that will take years to mop up.

I hope you read that they are talking about increasing taxes to reduce the deficit. Wait, GOP increasing taxes? Never since Reagan and HWBush. They are looking for an excuse, probably blaming it on all the money they spent on fighting Obamacare, Abortion, Gay marriage. Heck might as well just blame the deficit on Obama. That should get them a few more votes.

I think they know exactly what their policies accomplish.

They make the rich richer and everybody else poorer, and that is what they want.

This is what happens when the Birchers take over a state. This is but a snapshot of what the country will be subjected to if the GOTP wins the WH in '16. I sure hope these anti American nihilists get sent packing but that won't happen unless Independents and Democrats get off their lazy asses in Nov. '16 and vote.

Which is what Obama accomplished with his well orchestrated and executed grass roots movement in 2008. I hope HRC has the humility to understand and coopt the technique, but I will not put my money on it. So far it seems that her campaign is organized like a large corporation.
