Guess these guys know what they are doing blocking a measly $22 million. They are taking on the cops, not a very good idea IMO.

Their union is so strong it takes a lot to fire them, one reason they are so powerful. They are largely outside our ability to censure.

They may be the strongest union outside of the bar associations that run the country.
