Issa Subpoenas Kerry
The House issued a subpoena for all relevant communications - Dept of State, DoD, White House - on the Benghazi matter last year. Nothing was turned over to Issa's committee. Then this week following a court order Judicial Watch gets the emails that Issa's committee didn't get from the White House and the State Dept. Issa is pissed, and for good reason.
However, calling Kerry to testify is a risky move. He might bore Issa's committee to death and completely derail the investigative process.

More election year theater designed to amp up the right wing base, as if they needed any more amping up.

The "Party of fiscal responsibility" still owes the country $24 Billion in lost commerce for self aggrandizing partisan grandstanding, and just piles more on with this non-issue intended for similar motives. How much health care could $24 Billion get us, one has to wonder.

Issa is done. He is just tyring to be shore up his shaky position because nothing he touches turns into anything except bagger talking points. The new House will probably replace him after 2014.

Or Issa could turn off Kerry's microphone if he does not like the answers.
More than risky, a stupid move on Issa's part IMO. But then it's going to play to the mindless base.

Subpoena Kerry for what? Is he hoping he might at last find some validation for his pathetic witch hunt?

He looks important if he subpoenas important people. It's just grandstanding.
