Kerry was Sec of State at the time that the congressional subpoena for records was issued, and he told the committee at the time that he would fully cooperate. A year later, records that were requested by the committee and not provided by Kerry and the State Dept show up in a FOIA request by Judicial Watch.
Now, if you regard that as "utter bullchit", I guess you're also saying that you'd prefer that Congress surrender its authority to exercise its constitutional power of oversight.
