Suing a big corporation tends to be a mugs game either way. Several years ago Florences Monte Carlo had a bolt holding a front upper A arm pull through the frame. I wrote to Jack Smith, then CEO of GM. He had his personal assitant call me and she admitted no wrong but paid for all repairs. Beats suing people anyday. In fact when I did mention it to the company lawyer his comment was "Sure, you could have sued GM, you could also have waltzed with a gorilla." he did not recommend either.
