Give me a break.

Let me ask you a question. In every criminal trial where the defendant is found guilty, did the prosecution have absolute proof of the perp's guilt? The perp caught on video? A video taped admission?

I'll help you here: the answer is a hard "no". Its up to the prosecution to put together evidence sufficient for an indictment - a relatively low threshold - an ultimately convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt - a much higher standard.

Is there evidence of ethical lapses in the Biden case? Absolutely. But then, we're talking about DC, where ethics are optional.

Is there evidence sufficient for an indictment? If Biden were an "average Joe", there might be. I'm not an attorney, this is speculative.

Is there evidence beyond a reasonable doubt? Nope.

Of course, you know all this I suspect. That's why your post above is nonsensical.

From a person who constantly posts half truths and outright out lies.
In my opinion, you are a failure as a human being. We all have differing political opinions, but most people do not lie to prove their point. But you do.

The fact that you are unable to admit to the very clear evidence presented says a lot about your (lack of) reading comprehension, bucko.

Donald Trump didn’t sign loyalty oath for Illinois ballot pledging not to ‘advocate the overthrow of the government’
https://chicago.suntimes.com/2024/1/...rthy-red-scare

Not that his signature is worth anything - his oath of office certainly didn’t stop his insurrection against the government, did it, Whell? Hard to believe anyone is so gullible as to support the treasonous bastard, but here you are.

As Rep. James Comer (R-KY) plows ahead with his sensationalized impeachment inquiry premised on Hunter Biden’s business dealings, the Oversight Chairman has alleged that Biden’s opaque financial operations merit investigation, and that people who own corporations have a “responsibility” to maintain proper “books and records.”

But a review of dozens of tax, real estate, and business filings in Kentucky and Tennessee indicate that Comer’s own personal “books and records” are opaque at best—and improper at worst.

Those records include the dealings of Comer’s shell company, Farm Team Properties LLC, which the state of Kentucky has dissolved twice for failure to file annual reports—first in 2020, then again in 2022.

It seems Comer Pyle's blueprint is to go after the Bidens for everything he himself is guilty of.

The failure to file annual reports routinely is either incredibly sloppy, or indicates a desire not to have the annual reports on the record.

The sticking point is that KY prohibits the business from continuing to operate if they do not comply with these reporting requirements.

If you can't totally avoid reporting, you put if off until the last second.

Hunter Biden makes surprise appearance at House committee hearing to hold him in contempt

Standing up to the phony Repube accusations and political theater with... political theater. Good for him.
