Without appendages, how would they reach for their wallet to buy the beer?

Good question. See, that's why they are so creepy.

They don't have any money because they don't have any pockets.

Maybe it is like health insurance in this country where we pay through the nose.

A gathering of fifty people is a rally? More like a block party and not what one would consider a resounding show of support.

Fixed.

Being one of those unrestrained capitalist things, the MIC is designed to suck as many dollars as it can from each and every soul.

BTW, aren't capitalism and consumerism sides of the same coin? The following is an example of MIC consumerism, marketing being an important consumerism component:

I was working on a report where we were looking into the Air Force's effort to contract out overall logistics responsibility to the manufacturers of low-density high-demand aircraft. Lockheed has a few of them, and the two F-35 prototypes were living in the Skunkworks hanger that also contained the conference room where we were discussing Lockheed's LDHD C-130 programs. The F-35 is one cool looking plane, though not as cool as the F-16.

Yes, absolutely. Find a market and then develop a product. Capitalism driven by Consumerism. Works every time and the market determines the price and gouging is a SCORE!. I was once told by a CEO that I worked for that we should never to be ashamed of making insane profits because it is the consumer's fault. Capitalism is "Demand Economy". With MIC though, it is "Command Economy" which is usually practiced by Communist countries.

I predict of slowdown for the MIC since we will be buying our armaments from China soon.
