That guy actually owns the land he grazes. Also note he doesn't dispute the Border Patrol being there, just the rude treatment he receives from them. In fact, he acknowledges they have a duty to protect the border his land sits on.

I'd say he has a solid case where Bundy has no case. Everything Bundy has gone through, he brought on himself.

So, why aren't you guys in Arizona, "protecting" this man? Because the Border Patrol is there chasing Mexicans out, so you don't care so much?
