Public broadcasting, again

George doesn't get it.
Marketplace based information is not independent nor necessarily trustworthy. I give you exhibits Roger Ailes and Rush Limbaugh.

George gets it right.
No one should be forced to pay for public broadcasting.
Public broadcasting should fall under Voluntary Subscription.

Arts and education is a public interest/ quality of life issue, the economic consideration has always been a pittance for the return before the push to defund something noble to choke it out of existence.
Consider Russian culture minus the govt supported arts programs, they are the one universally admired export regardless of politics.

Why just so we can have a misinformed electorate? And the public as sustaining members such as myself do pick up most of the tab.

George Will went senile a long time back.
