With or without support for the NEA or NEH, Trump is simply not a patron of the arts. Period. Hell, the guy doesn't even read. He's a gilded rube.

Trump is a patron of himself first, then those he trusts that he can control. Lastly, those he can use until they are no longer useful or reliable.
