I find the president's behavior and language downright frightening and an affront to the laws of this country and the office he holds. Many of his supporters find this behavior "refreshing and entertaining". I find it appalling, so I must be missing something.

The fact that the RNC is standing up for these kinds of lies and are acting as the president's attack dog is reprehensible. Is that their function....to protect the president and pay his legal bills? Then, we have an entire administration who also plays attack dog for the president; a press secretary whose function is propagandist-in-chief.

What about Trump TV who performs 24/7 smear campaigns against Clinton, Comey and Mueller? Sean Hannity shills for the president and spreads falsehoods to debase any criticism. I can't believe what is going on in my own country! We are closer to the destruction of our democracy than we think. I don't find the actions by and in defense of this president "refreshing" or "entertaining" in any way. This really is not normal in any way.
