One does not need to go to church to pray to God since God is everywhere correct? So why do people subject themselves to dress codes and choose to get brainwashed? BTW, this happens in most religions that I know of.

As far as head covering goes in Islam, it is subjugation of women. The most idiotic spectacle I have seen is traveling on airlines like say Emirites (Dubai based), where they have western women (mostly with British accents ) with head covering that make fashion statements. The rest of their attire is anything but conservative.

"This shit" is not merely placing women in a subservient role but characterizing them as evil. As far as I know, that did indeed start with the Abrahamic traditions, ie: Adam being tempted by Eve.
