So you're saying that - whether the issue is about Benghazi, or whether its about investigating a security leak - that its just fine and dandy to ignore a subpoena? Kerry was Sec of State at the time that the congressional subpoena for records was issued, and he told the committee at the time that he would fully cooperate. A year later, records that were requested by the committee and not provided by Kerry and the State Dept show up in a FOIA request by Judicial Watch.
Now, if you regard that as "utter bullchit", I guess you're also saying that you'd prefer that Congress surrender its authority to exercise its constitutional power of oversight.

Dear me all this worry about congress and uts powers when anyone with an IQ greater than his/her age knows Issa is simply running a witch hunt.

Maybe it not "alright" to ignore a subpoena, but I understand Kerrys point in refusing.......
.......something about "..suffering a fool.".
I wonder if the same cast of characters will be so hell bent to bring down a president over this type of situation..........when he's one of theirs?

Irrelevant. The subpoena was issued, and the Dept of State failed to comply. That is now the relevant issue.

So what, if he is holding Congress in contempt he is not alone, 90% of the country does also. If you are worrying about 'the rule of law' you are about twenty years too late.
