In Bombay during my childhood, those were the three most common cars along with Hillman. MG & Triumph were perhaps more expensive. Then came the infamous Fiat and they took over the entire market.

And Triumph was also a top motorcycle.

BTW I notice that India has revolutionized the English game of cricket. The game is now a big money sport approaching the level of the NFL with dancing girls and bollywood spectacle.
