It's not a bioweapons lab.

The "harvest" is dead people, not the spread of a theory.

1. Russia plants the story in the Q-niverse knowing the proclivity of those nitwit's to embrace the far out and unsubstantiated.

My source, International Radio France, stated the information regarding the $21 mil contract for Black and Veatch came from the US embassy in the Ukraine.

They did state that this information has been pulled from the Internet, with the exception of the so-called 'way back' machine, the archive of the net.

This may sound 'fishy', but I've personally seen a lot of stuff removed from the net. I know B and V does the bio research.
