NY Gov. Cuomo Admin delayed and edited Fracking report.

Strong concern for water safety held back the go ahead for fracking in
New York State.

However big money from the fracking boys has had the NY Governor over
the years pushing and probing to over come the environmentalists concern.

Laterly: His Admin has delayed and edited an important fracking study.
