Pathetic guy, he wanted to make a political comeback splash on the big screen with his speech, neither CNN nor Faux carried him live and now everyone is lampooning his "No Fly" pants.

New York grand jury stores up trouble for Trump Organization executives
Glimpses of the deliberations behind closed doors suggest a case is being built against Trump’s CFO, Allen Weisselberg, which could be bad news for his boss

Are the prosecutors erring by putting all their eggs (Weisselberg) in one basket? Too many "could be's" and "would be's" for my liking.

Prosecuting financial crimes like those Trump was seemingly engaged in require evidence of intent (as opposed to just being mistakes). Nobody knows better whether Trump intended to defraud the government than Alan Weisselberg.
