Pete, you will be thrilled to know I saw a Lamborghini with a "Save the ANWR" sticker on the back in Berkeley a few years ago. I guess it was a joke on a car that is lucky to get 3 to 4 MPG.

Except the Murcielago is just too understated for me

Howz about the Koenigsegg?

It may have the worlds fastest speeding ticket, 242 mph in Texas, if the story is true.

The King of all Cars?

This version of the King is the 2009 Bugatti Veyron Centenaire.

Not the prettiest thing IMO but imposing and unmistakeable. And the interior is gorgeous.

1000+ HP in a car you could drive everyday? It's astounding. And for 1.7 million it better be. Plus Audi takes a HUGE loss on each one, I heard the original version actually cost over 5 mil a unit.

OK, 0-60 in 2.5 seconds is mind blowing. Consider though 0-150 mph in 9.8 seconds!

I saw one of those live and in person at the Cité de l'Automobile Museum in Mulhouse, France, probably the finest car collection anywhere in the world, not to mention the world's largest collection of Bugattis.

That's fantastic! And looking at the pic of cars on the right the blue of the Veyron makes a lot of sense.

Whoa.

You'd think sooner or later one's eyeballs would implode!

Sounds about as useful on the roads around here as teats on a bull. Hell I can't even open up the Impala.

Yeah, good thing my favorite thing is driving down B roads at about 45, puttputtputtputt

Those cars don't just go fast, they stop fast too. So if your eyes don't implode at the green they're pop out at the red!

How about a '67 Morgan 4/4? Looks BEAUTIFUL.
