5 reasons Bush isn't freaking out about Trump

Yeah right.

Here's the deal. When you see a dude that is getting his ass handed to him, trying to spin that into a "This is good, I've got him right where I want him" narrative, you know he's freaking out for sure.

Quote:
Despite Donald Trump shooting ahead in the polls and Bush’s debate performance getting bad reviews — and amid signs of frustration on the campaign trail from the former Florida governor himself — his supporters aren’t panicking, multiple sources close to the candidate insist. The Bush camp is projecting confidence that the Summer of Trump will fade to winter, and that Jeb will prevail when it matters.

If I were a betting man, I'd safe the safe bet is still Jeb over Trump in the end. You've predicted as much, having long predicted Jeb would get the nomination.

I'd like to see Trump win the nomination, though for seemingly different reasons than you. The GOP establishment wouldn't know whether to shit or go blind. If he runs the GOP loses and that's a good thing IMO, but I'd like the winner to be someone other than the Pantsuit Prevaricator.

Anchor baby will haunt Bush just like self-deport haunted Romney. And Trump is aware of this that is why he is baiting Bush. Of course Jeb should know better he only has himself to blame for his ineffectiveness, which Trump is sort of alluding to in a personal way when he uses the term low energy to describe Jeb. He sort of sounds like he wants to use the term low-T (testosterone) but does not want to get too nasty.

As well as turning the GOP into the National Front-like party he seems to be giving Hillary the Presidency.

Trump and Howard Stern are very similar in style.

Just for my own edification, what is the socially acceptable term for "anchor babies?"

I am confident that ultimately he will get the nomination simply because big money is on his side. All these early polls are meaningless, it's the ads he can run in the last two weeks in every state for the nomination and the Fox media enterprise.

But in the general election, the anchor baby comment will haunt him in swing states, where I expect the Hispanic's to vote en masse. They have their own media and are oblivious to the Faux brainwashing.

Will this help the Dem's with HRC leading the charge?

That's one of areas we are better than Europe in by the way.

For the sake of discussing the merits of birthright citizenship, one must, by necessity, distinguish between those born of American citizens and those that are not. "Anchor babies" may be a bit harsh, but what other term is universally recognized to describe the babies at the heart of the issue? Much ado about nothing, methinks.
