But some of the most passionate homophobes are apparently not 100% heterosexual - their "alpha male attitude" just covers being cowards feeling that they are acutally rather a melange.
Actually, it seems like many outspoken homophones are themselves gay. Larry Craig and Ted Haggard come to mind.

I just repeated Epstein's orientation test, I did it in 2006 for the first time.

Result: Christoph K is 10000% heterosexual.

Kidding of course...

I am bisexual and I know this for some 15 years now... the test just confirms it.

I'm waiting for the Unisexuals to start demanding their rights. They've had their own barbershops all along..............

I confess that I am definitely not 100% either this one or that one.
I scored a "1". I guess there will be no "Coming Out" parties for me?

Then you don't understand the concept of homosexual as a sexual orientation. As I mentioned in an earlier post we have a few women friends in same sex relationships who don't consider themselves to be "lesbian".

I suspect there are a lot of people in same sex relationships who are not homosexual.

There's a lot of same-sex sex going on that isn't, by definition "homosexual".

Thumb up for that post. It seems to be like a quote of the Hite report. A lot of heterosexual women and men are longing for an experience with the same sex but do not dare for a life long.

Eight years ago Dr. Epstein was so kind to discuss the issue with me via private mails. It was very very helpful. He told me that there are countless variations of bisexuality from almost heterosexual to some sort of fifty fifty to almost homosexual. Up to then I did not know this and thought either this or this or this.

I do not want to go into further details but he also told me that we should not forget that there is a physical and a mental sexuality creating our sexual orientation. This fact makes the issue so confusing on the one hand and in a way thrilling on the other hand.

Didn't Kinsey describe a "spectrum" of human sexuality?

http://www.kinseyinstitute.org/research/ak-hhscale.html

I also remember reading something about a physical spectrum of human gender as well, with purely male at one end and purely female at the other, hermaphrodites, possessing both male and female organs, in the center. Not sure how this relates to sexual orientation, but found it interesting.

Maybe... I am only familiar with Shere's research, not with Alfred's. BTW that would be probably an interesting topic:

Kinsey vs. Hite
