Russia being a good example. Russia and its vassal states are the last "hold-outs."

There is always a need to evolve without balkanization...that is a big struggle especially for such a huge state.

Although Kievan Rus' is the center piece of my liberal western democracy NATO plan. If I were in charge I know I could pull it off. Probably why I admire Trump so much.
