If I had to guess, I'd have to say that both of them are/were real.... but I could be mistaken.

I see the Blair Witch Project just showed up on netflix.

I've been hearing about this for years but never seen it.

What the Hell, I'm gonna check it out.

The thing about that movie was the pre-release marketing which was ground-breaking, extensively using the internet and suggesting that the film was a documentary of real events. The actual movie wasn't up to the hype.

I made it through 25 minutes and I've seen enough.

Plus, Bob, Finn, Rob and I all live or lived in that part of the world. "Blair" (actually Burkittsville) is a known quantity for us. At least for me, it made the movie just that little bit harder to stomach.
