I had not heard of the coerced resignation of Byung J. Pak. This is incredibly blatant criminal conduct. As the discussion says, many crimes can be discerned, but this short bit of law here would be a quick felony rap:

tRump will say he threatened or coerced no one. He will say Biden and the radical left-wing Democrats are using the DOJ for political persecution and that's his proof that the election was stolen. Republicans in Congress will find new and inventive ways to defend tRump no matter what.
