Our Police State

I came across this from a couple of years ago.

Harve de Grace man tells police he is on his way to police station to shoot an officer.
"Police said officers found Kahl driving erratically, hitting several parked vehicles and trying to run over officers before fleeing the area."
.
"Our officers used a lot of restraint in apprehending this subject and only used force necessary to get him under control."

This is the "suspect" taken into custody, alive. I'm not saying anything more.
