Huh?

According to BBC news, 5 (or possibly 6) members of the SAS have been captured by Libyan rebels. WTF? I thought if we were there (which according to most newspapers we are; kind of puts a large hole in covert operations doesn't it?) it was to help them.

There seems to be this general hatred to anything western by all those rugheads and our best bet is probably to stay out.

It is entirely possible, perhaps even likely, that the Libyan rebels don't trust Western powers. Can you blame them? Western powers did bestow a big wet kiss upon Ghaddafi a few years back, n'est ce pas?

"a big wet kiss upon Ghaddafi".

Lovely. Just what I want in my head before eating. Anyway his name's spelled Gaddafi. Better get that one correct before taking things any further.

"Dearest President Gaddafi, blessings of Allah be upon you. I am a servant of Mr. Rupert Murdoch who having sold some of his assets for $10,000,000 needs a safe place to send the funds to. Your expertise in this field is hugely known so I have instructed that this money be transferred to you for safekeeping. All I need are your bank details etc. etc......."

I spell it Kadaffy. Being I don't much like 'em, it's good enough to suit me.

Something must be wrong with your computer. It's sending gibberish.

Always making fun of people who aren't exactly like you.

You Tennessee hillbillies are just as bad as Missouri hillbillies. But you do make better whiskey.

I've been known to taste a little Jack and a little George but if you need to clear your head there is nothing like some of the "local squeeze".
