I don't think that his proposition required any personal knowledge of you - except that it presumed that you do not fit the profile of the folks targeted for the so-called "Terry stops." The question was, what if the profile did fit folks who have whatever characteristics you happen to own? Would you have a different perspective on stop and frisk if that were the case?

To bring up another matter, how do you feel about plans to put black boxes in everyone's cars, that report everywhere you go to the government? These are state governments, so again we must ask whether the 4th extends....
