My boys brought over some of Boulevard's Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale for my birthday, and I'm able to settle in to have some tonight. It's very full flavored and a bit hoppy.
Regards,
D-Ray

I've been told that Mills Best is every bit as good as Buckhorn.

Beer is beer sometimes......
My Milwaukee's Best purchase is an example of chained cpi...less money in my pocket because of high gas prices and coming furloughs cause me to buy cheaper beer....

I'd probably be drinking Champagne Velvet if they still made it.
Always thought it was pretty good stuff for cheap.
BTW, do you remember whenever you had to be careful opening a beer so that it didn't foam all over the place?
Now you can kick any of it across the room, and it still looks flat when you open it.

Are you serious? If I try that and I lose half of my Milwaukee's Best I will be VERY upset with you

LOL!
My budget beer is Busch Light. Clear as a mountain stream, head for it, reach out, it's here, Buuuuushhhhhhh....
Tried 'Dragons Milk' the other day. I ordinarily don't buy beer with 'milk' in the name but was at a fancy beer/wine store with the bar that's becoming so common here (I like it, drink beer while shopping for more beer to drink ) and when I said 'I like Guinness' that's what I got, on the house to boot.
Guinness is more like bread than milk. Anyway I sit down have a good draught and sure enough, even though it's black as coal it tastes creamy. I mention it to the guy next to me he says 'you know it's 10%, right?' No, I didn't.

Because it isn't. It's 4.2% ABV and only about 125 calories per 12 oz. I think people confuse the dark roast in the malt for high strength.
