Sorry, I just don't buy the selective indignation. Bill Clinton quite likely raped a woman. And, the entire Democratic Party swept it under the rug for years.
There is no scale for any of this. So, it ends up being used now just like racism as a tool.
In the end woman will possibly suffer because of it. Powerful men decide it is simply better to avoid them. Or, the tool is used so widely that people become numb to it and real sexual abuse gets thrown out with the dish water. Sort of like racism.

Kirsten Gillibrand started a movement among Democratic members of Congress to ask Franken to resign. Franken has resigned.

She is now leading a similar movement against Trump. What is wrong with that?
