Unfortunately, stuff like this is far beyond the journalistic capabilities of American media to cover and much of the public (particularly the GOP base) to understand. Thus far, the campaign coverage has been about gaffes and insanely stupid comments made by politicians. Seemingly, substance is either not allowed or not interesting to the public.
