When I saw the thread title I thought maybe it was a new cold climate variety. Not as excited about the non-browning. Apparently "arctic" is just a marketing gimmick. You would think they'd have picked a name that describes the feature. Almost comes across as deceptive that it doesn't.

I think they want you to think the flesh is white as snow/ice in the Arctic.
