The way I see things going Benghazi will be just one of the dead horses they will try and keep in the news. To tar Clinton bloody her up some before the election.

Do a few minor changes to the ACA, namely come up with a new name. Stop using Obama Care use their new name. Still be this ACA in all it glory but still take claim to it now.
