This clever workaround dodge got more than 500 people shot, some multiple times in a few minutes by one person with over 55 fatalities, using them on a multitude of military class high capacity rapid fire weaponry. All perfectly legal, except for the shooting and killing it all facilitated.

Seriously? There's a law that defines how fast you can kill people?
