Don't much care for it myself. I don't think federal funds should go to Churches. My guess is it's more political than anything else.

I think it's interesting that people who think the government is trying to kill their religion probably belong to a church that takes federal money through this program. And the church only takes the money because it's members are a bunch of tightwads who expect the church to give up it's services for free. Kind of like GM workers who hate Obama for bailing out the automakers and Medicare recipients who are tired of the government trying to run their healthcare.
It's become the Great American Way to be a bloody hypocrite.

To answer your question, DJ;
I've never cared for the Faith Based Initiative.
What? It's okay for the government to just take my money and donate it to a Church/Synagog/Mosque? And I have no say in the matter?
And Conservatives support this? Irony.

Republicans (are not conservatives) don't get a damn thing, typically thick as a brick.

I don't care for any executive order, as a rule.

There's a huge flaw in the whole argument as there should be no federal funds given to these social justice organizations. Then the government doesn't have to worry a bit about who they hire.
Contrary to what our Executive Order abusing Chief Executive believes, the framers of the Constitution got it right and DID NOT have "significant constitutional problems" and leave "important civil rights issues unresolved"
