Tried Samuel Smiths' Imperial Stout.

It was way, way too bitter, and I usually like bitter.

I'll have to have a few Guinnesses tonight to clear the taste A round on me.

Drank a growler of this a couple days ago. 8.5%, so a growler was plenty!

Did you growl?

Grocery stores near me sell a bunch of different growlers, 5-6 taps. I need to try one sometime. That looks pretty good.

We got that funny law where you can't buy alkyhaul in the grocery store.
The liquor store has about ten taps, with mostly local offerings. $8 to fill a growler for most beers, $9 or $10 for the high octane brews.
I noticed they have half growlers now, for half price. A good way to try new flavors.

Newcastles all around! 7.1 million signed up for the ACA!

I got to the bottom of the beer drawer in the fridge the other day and found two Werewolves from Halloween Pete. MmmmmMmm. Red ale!

That looks delicious. Love the dark beers. I understand they are the original style in Bavaria.

I usually have to sample at least three to get a good feel for the brew.

You are right but this brewery is located in Alpirsbach/Black Forest.

The taste of this dark beer is immensely rich.
