What it's about is the availability, to just about anybody, of legal semi-automatic war weapons that will empty a 30 round magazine into a classroom full of six year olds in less than nine seconds. Less than six seconds with a bump stock. Less than four seconds with a converted formerly legal AR-15...and it can be done.

As far as bull shit the people killed with assault type weapons is a tiny fraction.
Just something to stir up people and divert attention from dozens of murders every week in most all major cities.

It is curious that the left concentrates on the weapon and almost never the criminal. As if it is the weapons fault.

How many white faces did you see out of the hundreds destroying property of others ? Two or three ? You people are so terrified of being called racist that it will be the end of any quality of life in inner cities in the U.S.

To be told wait longer, shut up, don't get uppity, be satisfied with serving the table.

What you are overlooking is, who is the victim ?
You have political elites who only care about the number of votes.
Then you have the money. More and more it is irrelevant where somebody lives.
In case you are unaware the wealth has been escaping these cities. Only a handful of people have the wealth, right or wrong.
So, when all the wealth escapes NYC, and LA, and Chicago, Philly, etc.

What do you think these cities are going to look like in 20 years if law and order is not expected

You will have a lot of people with nothing still killing each other over nothing.

And, all the people the people they are convinced are their oppressors will be long gone and could care less.

The victims are everyone of us.

The greatness of a country is measured in how well it treats the lowest, least powerful of it's citizens. Not in what the privileged enjoy.

To then see what is being lived by others through the luck of ones birth. The feeling of powerlessness and confusion.

Try going without clean water air a clean bed. Availability for healthy food. Poor schooling and any prospect of a decent jobs. Not everyone is able to improve their lot in life. Shear drive and hard work is not always enough. Luck and timing play into many success stories.

I know plenty of people who are very hard workers. That try as they might still struggle, paycheck to paycheck. One hiccup away from disaster.
