Congrats to our friends from Tennessee

Middle Tennessee State pulled off the NCAA Tournament's biggest upset so far. Lots of the talking heads were picking Michigan State to win it all. Now they're going home after one game. So what shape is you bracket in?

Regards,

D-Ray

Nobody's bracket is any good any more. The Hawaii win reduced good brackets from 13 million to 2 million. The Michigan State loss reduced the number of live brackets to 6. Now #14 West Virginia is fixing to lose to #3 SF Austin. If so, I doubt there'll be a good bracket left in the nation.

And now there are zero brackets still alive across the entire nation. And this after the round of 64.

This is why I love college BB. You never know what might happen. After all, they are "Excitable Boys".

If MTS beats Syracuse the State of Tennessee will shut down - I would love to have the beer concession for that party.

After all of the upsets in the first round, the result is that there is still only one school in the round of 16 that is not from a power conference - unless the Big East no longer qualifies as a power conference:

ACC: 6
Big 12: 3
Big 10: 3
Big East: 1
SEC: 1
Pac 12: 1
WCC: 1

How about that Buddy Hield anyway?

Regards,

D-Ray

You can take the boy out of Baltimore, but you can't take the Baltimore out of the boy. Of course, if I lived on the west coast, I would want to ignore what went on with the Pac 12 too.
