Arizona restores transplant coverage

I don't often applaud Republicans but this one is due.


PHOENIX (AP) - Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer's administration on Thursday used authority under a new budget to restore coverage for certain medical transplants even as she planned to make big reductions in the cash-strapped state's Medicaid program.
