I don't believe so, make noise perhaps but Trump can only be impeached and with both houses in GOP domain, not going to happen. As for the current explosion, whatever led to this (see below), perhaps a sequence of events beginning with Bill'O and Weiner.

Because the GOP members of Congress are $hit scared of Trump. What he can do to discredit them verbally or via tweets, or by Steve Bannon, and most of all through his followers, who account for 70-80% of Republicans. This is my opinion of course.
