Bloooberg's Soda Law Enjoined
At least one judge is sane enough to have stopped the tin-horn wannabe Bloomberg from implementing his soda law. Great stuff IMHO! Bloomberg's whole premise that the availability of large sodas cause obesity, and thus, health problems and that his city government must act is silly. Bloomberg only topped the soda idiocy by his restraint on physicians from prescribing more than a few days of pain medication.
