I'm not sure why you assume Putin was responsible. Trump is very capable of contracting a hit by himself. In fact he probably has someone on speed dial.

There is a universal ? mark on the dossier so much so that the big boys would not touch it. It had to be fed through Buzzfeed.

A body reduces the ? mark and creates buzz (the right word).

Probably British connections...they always have a deft touch.
