Court Strikes Down Federal Obamacare Subsidies
Another screw up by the Leftys trying to ruin healthcare. Maybe the SOTUS will just toss the whole thing out this time around.
Here comes another loss for that idiot Holder if he has the balls to hang around.

Will this never end?
Geez it's only involves the states who choose to opt out of the government exchanges. Does any really think once the subsidies removal is in effect the citizens will figure out why and want it back?
Then again one must remember the voters who listen to EIB........

With a 2-1 split in that panel, the administration might seek en banc review.

So you are fucked for an affordable plan if you live in a non participating Red State. I suppose you are yourself to supply the lube for the hose job if you aren't a masochist.

Yet another typical TV headline and the OP probably did not read further.
The 11 member full court will now will hear the case which is considered weak.
And if they abide by this decision, governors of states that have opted out of setting up exchanges will be under pressure to do so.
So way I see it, it's a possible win/win and this lawsuit would bring about unintended consequences for the right wing.
Edit: I should have known. Here is the headline from the Daily Caller that is the OP's preferred source for news it seems. Federal Court Takes Down Obamacare: Subsidies In Federal Exchange Are Illegal

LOL, the LAW states, eligibility “depends on the applicant being enrolled in a qualified health plan ‘through an Exchange established by the State.”
How the hell is that weak?

It's a technicality and open to interpretation. The court can rule that in opting to have the feds do it, the state is 'providing an exchange.'
\
Makes at least as much sense at the right's claim that Wheaton College is providing birth control if they hand that job to the feds....

"We reach this conclusion, frankly, with reluctance," District of Columbia Appeals Court judge Thomas Griffith writes in the 2-1 ruling, which the federal government will appeal."
Luke warm and heating up for the 11 judge panel?
Isn't Kentucky one of the states that's getting most assistance yet is not enrolled? What do you think will happen when the subsidies are taken away from them?

When I heard this on the radio I thought, is the law a 'living document', or does the left want 'original intent'?
