Might be time to move on to greener pastures?

You seem pretty susceptible to Internet memes and bullshit. A little skepticism when online is always in order.

Here's one example; the GOP smart phones are said to have been under surveillance.

I bet this is not fake news. But who had the warrant ? This would be NSA multi-factorial, tier two, anti-terrorism. Not on US soil, because DC is not part of the USA.

Once again, you don't seem to understand what you are reading, preferring to inject your own conspiracy theory. These articles on TPM are based upon the contents of Mark Meadows cell phone that he voluntarily turned over to the J6 Committee under subpoena before he stopped cooperating.
From the introductory article of this series:
TPM has obtained the 2,319 text messages that Mark Meadows, who was President Trump’s last White House chief of staff, turned over to the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack.

This is the very first paragraph from your link.
Quote:
White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows exchanged text messages with at least 34 Republican members of Congress as they plotted to overturn President Trump’s loss in the 2020 election.
Those messages are being fully, publicly documented here for the first time.
The texts are part of a trove Meadows turned over to the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack that was obtained by TPM.
|
Where is the need for a warrant? DC is part of the USA, but not within the 50 states. Its centrally administrated, but the same laws prevail.

A federal judge revealed Friday that earlier this year she granted Justice Department investigators access to emails between three Trump-connected attorneys and Rep. Scott Perry as part of the federal investigation into election subversion efforts by the former president and others.

It appears that Rep. Perry may go through some things.
